We are a certified team of trainers, coaches, admin and therapists, with memberships in quality assurance for coaching and therapy, specializing in delivering early intervention body image programmes for adolescents .

What Does Our Service Look like?
We deliver on demand, pre-recorded psychoeducation body image workshops in animation, as well as online peer support groups, coaching, and therapy across the UK
Who Is It For?
We are for ages 11-25. We take referrals from parents, CAMHS, and other healthcare providers, as well as schools and universities. Some parts of the UK are fully funded for our full programme.
